Contrary to what you may have been taught, daydreaming is far from useless or the stuff of losers and slackers.


Research indicates that Day-Dreaming is a Natural, Healthy Resting State of Mind akin to Meditation.


Awake Day-Dreaming decreases stress and anxiety while "keeping your dreams alive" and in focus as preparation for their manifestation.
